Rainforest Cafe

(Right before quarantine) After standing in the store waiting for my table for over 30 minutes I told my party I wanted to go sit down while we continued waiting. Since the host only heard me say “I wanted to go...” she took our names off the list. (WHY ARE YOU LISTENING IN ON MY CONVERSATION) The host was extremely rude and when I asked to for her to put our names BACK on the list. The host said she did but never actually did so we waited all night for absolutely no reason(WITH CHILDREN) I can’t wrap my mind around why she took us off the list in the first place. Anthony’s Coal fire pizza across the street was AMAZING.

I always ate at this restaurant ever since I was a little kid. I come back a lot and I always have an amazing time. It is a wonderful experience for everyone of all ages. The food here is excellent! We really loved the manager Sanjay Gupta for his hospitality! The service was amazing. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

After reading the reviews, we were apprehensive. So glad we chose to ignore them and take my 3 1/2 yr old great nephew. The restaurant is lovely and a lot of fun. Thunder storms and animated animals kept him busy. Our server couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. Lots of fun choices. Food came out quickly and hot. If you’re looking for gourmet, forget it. We had fun looking around at all the animals. Spotless, beautiful bathroom. Gift shop has something for everyone at moderate prices.
